At the Design Centre, homeowners select their interior & exterior (if applicable) finishes for their new home. Our experienced Design Team is here to help bring your design vision to life!

The Design Centre

Personalize your new home to your exact taste and style. Select from the standards provided or choose from additional optional upgrades.

When you purchase a new home with us, we’re with you every step of the way—from selecting the right home to choosing your interior and exterior* finishes, and continuing through after-possession care. As part of the building process, every Sterling Homes purchaser is invited to a complimentary full-day, one-on-one appointment with a Certified Interior Decorator at our 4,000 sq. ft. design centre, designQ. To make the day even more enjoyable, we also provide a lunch gift card valid at a selection of Sage Creek restaurants. During your appointment, our Consultants will guide you through all interior selections and any applicable exterior finishes for your new home.

In addition to the consultation, confirmed purchasers are invited to attend two Preview Nights at designQ. Preview Nights take place every Thursday from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, by appointment only. During each Preview Night, you will be paired with a Designer for a dedicated one-hour session to explore options, ask questions, and feel more confident heading into your formal design appointment.
