Each community has its own unique feel and a lot to offer, including new lots and presale homes! Sage Creek
Sage Creek is a beautiful community located on the south-east side of the city, boasting its natural aesthetic with an abundance of amenities. It’s ever-growing feel can be experienced in the many walking trails throughout and the expanding Sage Creek Village Centre, which provides amenities such as Royal Bank, Sobeys, and Shopper Drug Mart, with much more available as well as more on the way! This community also offers an easy commute being just moments from the perimeter. While Sage Creek is still growing, it has already become an established community that is perfect for families.
Construction has started in the newest phase of Sage Creek with the option of building bungalow and 2-storey homes, and we have a variety of lots available including pie and corner lots.
Taylor Farm
Taylor Farm is located in the RM of Headingley, just 10 minutes outside of the west perimeter. This community has been designed to enhance its natural beauty, surrounded by beautiful landscapes including the Basswood Forest, Assiniboine River and an abundance of native grasses throughout. It also provides larger lots starting at a 70’ frontage, meaning you have more freedom when it comes to choosing your dream home as the lots can accommodate a bigger footprint.
Taylor Farm provides the perfect balance between rural living yet being close enough to the city for added convenience. Stores such as Walmart and Canadian Tire are just a short drive down the highway, along with an abundance of restaurants to choose from. The John Blumberg Softball Complex is right next door, providing soccer fields, baseball diamonds and a beautiful golf course. If sports aren’t your idea of an afternoon well-spent, take a walk through the Basswood Forest that borders the community. While basswoods can be found throughout Manitoba, living right next door to a basswood forest of this size is quite rare.

Ridgewood West
Ridgewood West is a community development in the area of Charleswood and has so much to offer its residents! This community is located on the west side of the city with easy access to the perimeter highway, making your commute into or out of the city a breeze. As Ridgewood West is located in an already well-developed area, you can look forward to an array of shopping amenities, nearby schools, golf courses and more. The Harte Trail lines the community’s edge and connects to the Assiniboine Forest, making your evening strolls that much better. The community itself provides an array of green spaces, parks and trails throughout, connecting residents with nature.

Scotswood Meadows
This brand-new community sits just east of Ridgewood West in a quaint inlet surrounded by homes on three sides with the Harte Trail on the fourth. While it provides many of the same amenities as Ridgewood West, Scotswood Meadows has its own unique aesthetic. It is tucked away from the highway and will be completed with a feature pond, park areas and a play structure. Native grasses will be found throughout the community, as well as a path to connect you directly to Harte Trail. Lot sizes start at 52 feet wide, so you have an array of options when it comes to choosing your new home plan!
In Scotswood Meadows, lots are on a first come first served basis, meaning builders do not own specific lots for you to build on. This means you can choose your builder and choose the lot of your choice throughout the entire community. Oak Bluff West
Oak Bluff West is a family-friendly community that perfectly combines rural living with city conveniences. It is located just outside of the southwest perimeter, offering large lots (lot sizes starting at 70’ frontage), play areas and beautiful country-inspired landscaping. All your shopping needs are just 15 minutes away and include stores such as Costco, Ikea and Home Depot. Just a short drive up the road, quick conveniences such as Esso, Tim Hortons and Roxy’s Diner and Lounge provide easy access to grab a cup of coffee, a nice meal or fill up your gas tank before heading out.

Grande Pointe Meadows
The final community we have for you is Grande Pointe Meadows, a brand-new community in the RM of Ritchot, just 10 minutes south of the city.
