The Average Price Range of a New Home Build Featured Image

Probably one of the most popular questions we are asked as a luxury builder is, “how much?”. This can be a tough question to answer because when it comes to home building there are always a number of factors that affect your home’s final price – especially since we offer so much flexibility! Things like lot price, base home model price, upgrades, and customizations can vary the final cost. Our prices usually range anywhere from the $480,000 mark up to approximately $700,000+ depending on these and other factors.

To give you an idea as to what you’ll get for your hard-earned dollars in a Sterling home, listed below are a few of our quick possession models, their pricing, and a few details on all the great features they have to offer. From our standard models to our higher-end show home designs (with upgrades), you’ll walk away with a greater sense of what you can expect when you choose Sterling as your builder.
