Sterling Home’s 1 year warranty covers the following:
- Defects in the materials, labour, and design with respect to the new home.
2 Year Warranty
Sterling Home’s 2 year warranty covers the following:
- Any defect in materials, labor and design with respect to the new home.
5 Year Warranty
Sterling Home’s 5 year warranty covers the following:
- Defects in the building envelope that cause water ingress.
- Defects, or defects in the design, that cause the exterior cladding, caulking, windows and doors to detach from, or cause material damage to, the home.
10 Year Warranty
Sterling Home’s 10 year warranty covers the following:
- Any structural defect.
